By accessing or using jyotishmap.com, including its maps, charts and reports, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Jyotish Map is provided for personal, non-commercial use by individuals interested in astrology. You may not build a commercial service on the site, resell or redistribute its content, data or reports, or extract its content systematically. Automated access by scripts, bots or scrapers is not permitted, other than search engines indexing public pages.
You are welcome to share maps, charts and reports you create from your own birth data, without asking permission.
Jyotish Map presents astrological interpretation in the Vedic (sidereal) tradition. It describes where the lines of a birth chart fall across the Earth and how the tradition reads them. It is not professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied on in place of medical, psychological, legal, financial or relocation advice from a qualified professional.
You assume full responsibility and risk for your use of this site. Steadfast & True Astrology makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement, regarding any information, calculation, map or report provided. Steadfast & True Astrology shall not be liable for any cost, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from your use of the site or reliance on anything it provides. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information the site provides.
The site relies on third-party data and services, including city data from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0), map tiles from Esri, a city geocoding service, and an open-source astronomical calculation library. We do not control these sources and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability, or for the content of any external site linked from this one.
Birth details you enter are processed in your own browser to calculate your chart; they are not sent to or stored by Jyotish Map. Charts you choose to save are kept in your browser's own storage. When you search for a city, that search is sent to a third-party geocoding service to find its coordinates, and map tile and content delivery providers receive standard request information, such as your IP address, when serving the site.
We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is free of harmful components.
The site's content, code, interpretive text, methods and design are copyright Steadfast & True Astrology. "Jyotish Map" and "Steadfast & True Astrology" are trademarks of Steadfast & True Astrology.
